When I pilot my Medusa and try to jump really high, the mech stops to react on a jump key and flies up untill the fuel runs out, then it falls down and... yeah, takes some damage. Which isn't good at all.

This has been around since forever now. Really wish they would look into it more. Piloting a light (or medium light) and having unnecessary leg damage is crap.

This bug has been around since I started playing the game.
As a pilot who likes to jumpjet around, it occasionally happens that you bounce off a surface or edge while trying to jump over it.
In that case your mechs trajectory becomes unresponsive and you'll take fall damage when you land.
It is quite annoying to say the least.
The only thing you might be able to do is to time your jumps a little big earlier, and avoid known locations that will launch you in orbit.
