8 total 12mans plus 7 players, so over 100 players between FRR/Kurita and AFFS TS. Not including any additional teams on Comstar I didn't catch.

Full props for driving this much engagement. Wish we got a showing like this every night.

Operation Great Dane has Concluded.

There will be a full debriefing tomorrow. I'd like to thank all units who participated, all players who fought in both 12 man and 4 man modes. Our scouts were able to climb the uphill battle and win the info war for us, but sadly we couldn't get enough wins in a 4 hour period to take the worlds.

For the entire phase 218 battles were fought.
IS won 111 of them
Clans won 107 of them.

During the Operational Window 143 battles were fought.
IS won 84
Clans won 59

I'll post a full debriefing later tomorrow.

I agree, and I say also if people want to play IS Mech let them equip clan tech and visa versa IE clan engines
on IS mechs clan heat sinks... clan weapons ...

the orignal game already did it when the brought the IIC mechs IE IS mechs with clan tech.

if an Inner sphere pilot has a captured ( owned mech ) slap an IS decal on it is now an IS Mech.

Either that or WE can all every single IS person switch to clan next week then PGI staff can field the entire Inner Sphere against the 100% clan customer base.

Anyway, off topic post not withstanding, I wanted to take a moment and congratulate you all on a well fought campaign! Was a blast from our perspective at CGBI.

It was a valiant effort Jarl. In the waning hours of the morning the spirit of the FRR was still strong. The final battle of Operation Great Dane was well fought and although the outcome went the way of the clans, the zealous charges of the Inner Sphere Pilots through the canyons of the Grim Plexus were a fine answer to our Batchall.

As Operation Great Dane comes to an end, Operation Revival continues.

Terra shall be returned to the heirs of Kerensky.

Bugger, only missed the' operation' by a few hours then! was it really only the four hours of NA phase? we thought we'd achieved something :P
I liked the pause you guys had in the centre caldera in the mediums on the first wave. I just imagined you guys sitting there going 'this could end badly, that's a lot of long range mechs and a lot of open ground, but what the hell... berserker charge!'

Apart from that, we should not have lost that drop.

Ah well, regardless of when it was they earned it. It was close and certainly frustrating due to some puggies for us, but still a nice win for them. No need to take away from that.

I am not concerned with their play - they had a good idea and executed it well enough.

We should have played better.
