Hello Evryone,

Happy holidays and a happy new Year!

So,

i activatet the two last giftcodes for Premium time and suddenly all my banked time is running, instead of only the premium time from the giftcodes.

I know that i didnt activate my whole time ingame, because there is a second questionbox opening asking if i really want that and i really dindt push the "activate 30 days"-button multipoles times on the profile-site of mine.

So what happend?

Has someone else this problem?

same **** happened to me with 300+ days banked premium a long time before i went to hospital.
given hindsight, i wont buy banked premium anymore. f... it. it is a waste of cash.
90% of it went by without ANY chance for me to use it.
whatever the bug, they want to get rid of banked premium. i lost almost 600 over two accounts in 3 years.
wasted cash. wasted wasted cash.

i have 346 days but only want to use 30 it looked like the thing worked but premium time never started

DID ANY OF YOU CONTACT SUPPORT? If not, you should have. They might have been able to stop the problem before it got so bad. *facedesk*
