I was just in a match where 3 team mates stood and watched as I dueled 2 enemy mechs, a Cicada and Viper in my Phoenix Hawk. They did not assist at all. does this happen often in matches?

I have only seen friendly mechs walk by enemy mechs openly one other time and that was before the queue split.

If I had a short range load out I may have had chance, but not with a medium range load out vrs 2 short range load outs. The battle went on for quite some time using JJ and evading, and seeing 3 team mates just standing there watching was rather difficult.

The match was a loss.

Seriously. How many of these 'Only When I Play' threads do you have to make before it sinks in that maybe, just maybe, your reputation proceeds you, and maybe, just maybe, it's a reputation deserved?

Granted, they still shouldn't have done that, if that is indeed what happened (A claim I find suspect), but assuming its true... maybe it's time to start wondering.

It's not common at all. Hell, I've seen it maybe twice, and both times it was either a sudden lag spike, or a specific guy had been a jackass earlier on in chat and they wanted him to die horribly. I have a feeling, like others have said already, they had a vendetta against you due to your previous posting. I get enough **** on my end from my own forum posts, and I'm "relatively new" in regards to how many feuds I've had compared to you. They shouldn't have done it, but it's almost 100% because they recognized you.

A firestarter was fighting like 5 guys on my team. I didn't want to hit an ally in that furball, so I left it alone, took my MADIIC, and shot at some enemies over a hill.

So a few seconds later, I get shot in the back. I lose my shield side (srsly?), because the Firestarter everyone was fighting had trottled over, lined up a shot, and took it without any of the allies engaged doing anything about it.

Of course, it got it's thank you letter in the form of 2 LB10 and 2 PPC to the face and crumbled like the surat it was, but I was stilled annoyed.

It has happened to me a few times in the past few weeks.

I don't know if it was intentional or my allies having bad aim.

Yesterday had a game on polar where there were 2 enemies left a shadowcat and a catapult.

Both shadowcat and catapult focused only on trying to kill me.

My team had like 4-5 mechs left, all of them were standing close enough to shoot the remaining enemies.

I managed to survive for a good 30 seconds to maybe a minute with both of them coming at me.

First I took their hits on my arms and side torsos. Then when I lost my front armor, I turned around and let them shoot me in the back.

My team didn't seem to do anything until after I was dead.

Obviously the enemy team was hacking and forced your allies controls to stop working so that they could not help you

Given it's Johnny posting this, I doubt it actually happened that way at all and his "everyone's a hacker and after me" persecution complex is probably coloring things quite a bit.

Was your team in clan mechs? If so they probably wanted the spheroids to beat each other senseless before moving in to clean up the scraps....friendly or hostile.

Or maybe they placed bets on the fight and we're waiting to cash in. Who knows.
