A couple of people in this thread and one other have pointed out the violation and how the CoC interacts with it. It is a violation, plain and simple, there is no stalling tactic crap that you are trying to push, stalling would be running to the 4 corners of the map and shutting down, which btw is still a violation of the CoC too.
It has happened more than once, and if it keep happening ill bet PGI will take action.
