Not to scary. A small town in south america is terrorized by a lake monster. The locals blame witches, the cement plant for pollution, while running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads whacked off. Some foul language and a skinny dip scene. The creature effect starts out good as a large webbed foot is seen. The creatures head when it emerges from the lake...well, not so much (low budget figure). Good dancing scenes, a couple of big explosions. Best for late night viewing when you are bored out of your skull. Not a family night movie.

Do you ever run on a treadmill, do yoga or engage in some type of exercise while watching tv / movies?

Sad though it may be, its one of the best ways I've ever found to do boring and repetitive physical motions repeatedly.

Sorry, no yoga or treadmill. After a day at the dojo and getting beat on, I like to relax with a good movie, a bag of chips, and soda. That is when I'm not at the gaming table rolling crits or shooting LRM's at people. Yeh, I'm a gamer....what do you expect.
