No Sound

I suddenly have no sound in MWO any more, seems to coincide with the latest patch. Absolutely no sound for this app, this includes the opening movies. Had no issues before and sound is fine in Windows and other games. Didn't add or update anything. Windows 10 Home, MSI board with Realtek sound chip, Nvidia 1080.

any luck finding a fix, I currently have this issue and it doesnt show up in volume mixer at all.
