I thought about some kind of bonus system for LOYALISTS.
How about you get 3% bonus c-bills for your "faction" mechs for every loyality rank you have?
A Question For Lore Sages: Which Mechs Are Best Known For Which Faction?

Furthermore I don't think the Bushwacker was ever used by the Draconis Combine much, at least I have not come across any source indicating it. The BSW was a favourite of MechWarriors in the Draconis March, but one better doesn't confuse them with the Dracs they hate...
It is really mostly a FedCom-Mech, although some Mercs also used it according to the MUL.
You are mistaken, the Bushwacker is noted as becoming a favorite of the Combine. Sarna reference: "Full production of the corrected Bushwacker began just after the Truce of Tukayyid, and the 'Mech has since become a favorite of MechWarriors in the Draconis and Capellan Marches of the Federated Suns."

2. Stalker was neutral wasn't it?

Both Marik and Steiner have Stalker factories, and the design is noted as being so popular and widely used prior to the collapse of the Star League that everyone has a bunch of them.
Liao is also known for using Stalkers, despite not having the ability to make them.
It is also worth noting that despite their honorable nature, Kurita has ninjas for stealing intel.

Edit: Specifically these are called Nekekami (there's a subtitle "The Spirit Cats")
They are legend, "in fact so much so it is impossible to separate fact from fiction." "Stories are told of Spirit Cats who made themselves invisible, who walked through walls, ....feigned death (not writing that whole thing out)..."
"Information about them is plentiful but suspect, the product of exaggeration and fear."
"If a Nekekami has drawn his steel, his mission has failed."
Evidently there's an orgy of evidence that they are heavily into stealth and leaving little trace. Though if there's that much exaggeration about them, they aren't very good at it.
They tend to assassinate not through directly killing a victim but by using "The Dragon Tears" as a few drops administered over several days, driving their victim to insanity so that the victim's own peers do the dirty work for them.
Also known for sabotage.
--------
Liao uses its elites for attacks and often sabotages enemy positions long before any mechs or tanks arrive on the scene.
For defense, however, Liao is far less organized and is known for using literally anything on hand, including citizenry and notable instances of children hauling ammo and one of a teen manning a 'Mech that had already fallen twice after moving his mother's corpse out of the way. So sometimes Liao is known for mechs and vehicles that keep moving again time and time after the pilot or crew is lost. Zombies anyone?
The bulk of Liao's normal forces are male, in fact the majority of its forces overall are male (and as young as 14). However, for some reason the ratio of elites (both 'Mech/vehicle pilots/crew and ground forces) are shifted higher to women.

"The Draconis March is the region of the Federated Suns which borders the Draconis Combine."

I fell for it too, though i knew Marches were part of Suns.
Yeah, completely misread that. Oh well, everyone makes mistakes.
