Guess who's back from the World of Suspensions!

While I was away, I saw a thread where some people were upset good play doesn't get mentioned much. I always try to tell people when i see good shots or kills, but I've been paying extra careful attention this week, and I got the idea that maybe we should point out when one of our fellow forum goers does well. So here we are - Let's give credit where credit is due!

For the sake of the thread, some rules - No shaming (Good stuff only) and no humble brags (Screenshots and the like should block out your own score. Only massage your teammates egos, not your own!)

Here's a match Jables McBarty valiantly tried to carry us through, though he didn't quite manage it. Good show, however, just a shame we couldn't manage to get the resources we needed.

Here's Dex Spero and MeiSooHaityu, who for a couple of days I could not escape from, dragging me kicking and screaming to a win.

And Dex Sparo again, twice, crushing me under his heel, which he did quite a few times this week, though I didn't get recordings of all of them.

You're finally back. Anyways, I'd love to join in for this thread, but I'm never lucky enough to get into matches with fellow forum warriors, outside of the PTS.

Well, I got a match with MacClearly just now, and of course I forgot to screenshot it. Close match, 12-10 on the board. I got 500 some-odd damage, he got 600 some-odd, and he got the killing blow on me because my PPCs barely missed. Good on him.

Didn't see you, but I spent most of my time(out) on the East Side of Suspension taking in the sun on Crocodile Tears Beach and planning a day trip out to the Island.

PGI says you can't punch those dirty clanners when you are out of firepower.

Technically, still can't punch a Trueborn due to the timeline on that game. Here's hoping it's successful, and it gets expansions/sequels later on.

"Being able to punch a clanner in the face" is probably the only good thing about a possible game in the Clan Invasion setting

Terciel gave me the worst scoring match I've had since I started playing again.

Stupidly face checked around center on canyon in my bushwacker to be met by a direwolf, who promptly removed all my CT armor. I rotate to the back for some better cover, but the nascar had begun and I got split from the group. Took one more peek and was promptly put down by a Kodiak (I think? there were 4 mechs staring back at me). I did 43 damage?

*facepalm*

I've had a couple games with JohnnyZ too. I like how he plays, sneaky, aggressive, fast, and flanking.

Its fun to hunt down the names you recognize.

You know, I just realized that mech is aiming at the groin. It seems you'll be able to play dirty in HBS's Battletech. Wonder if you can pull the mech version of a Rusty Shackleford.

And here you can see the Shadow Hawk kicking the Griffin in the nards before setting it on fire.
