So who's signing up for the upcoming season?

I'm really looking forward to watching Div B teams continue to improve - I think now that N71 have had a full season they'll be really solid. DSA will enjoy the competition there too, and ARMD upped their game in the last few weeks of the season, so should be a lot of fun.

Div A.....we're going to get beaten like red headed stepchildren by some teams, but so long as we improve as the season goes on, and maybe take a few individual drops here and there, I think I'll consider it a success for us.

Tentatively we should be fielding a team. Though I'm kinda swamped with work this period so my involvement is probably not going to be as much as it was in Season 8. Still trying to figure out my roster... :P

Yeah the Spud Shed is well and truly going into the deep dryer in Div A lol.

It's not going to be pleasant by any means of the word, that said we did give a few teams a bit of a shock during the MWOOC, so perhaps we can do that a couple times during the season (I'm coming for you Rathnor!)

We are 50/50 ATM, We have some good new people but most are very new in the game.

If we can lock down a roster that can turn up it should be good.

Deep dryer? I have the mental image of someone using a hair dryer to cook a steak now, and I'm wincing.

GID DAMMIT I need to pay attention to these forums more often. And you never took down my Hunchie IIC-A, not even with your light mech death squad!

Cashel is never online anymore, what with parental duties and whatnot.

On a serious note, I am very keen to play MRBC Season 9. I'll be part of the VETO team however.

Just as a correction, Spud Shed is a joint team of Exiled Keshik and 54MR.

More Star League? lol.

We have been doing stuff with VETO with Odins crew the last 2 Thur nights. Pretty sure they were all 6v6...

If it's on this week (NFI if it is), we could all go together I'd imagine. We've been starting at 10pm AEST, so some of us could go with you earlier? No doubt Dai will see this, he's organising and I just show up :D

I think we did a 7man at one point? TBH I don't think anyone cares. Scrim is scrim - just make sure it's even mech/class wise, good enough to test strats and ideas.

Our first week against VETO we had our gizzards turned inside/out. 2nd week we won a couple drops & it came down to 1-2 mechs on others. Good to test a bunch of stuff.

Maybe we won't lost every single drop in Div 1 LOL :D
