If I use these things for lasers do all the Sensor Range Boosts, Laser Range Boosts and Targeting Time Boosts stack?

Targeting Comp. MK1 (Beam Range Boost 4%, Targeting Time Boost 22.5% and Sensor Range Boost 2.25%

All modules, quirks, targeting computers, and other add-on boosts will stack together, even though it isn't displayed in the mech stats page.

The main thing targetting computer does, it increases criticals, other boots are minimal. Notice that TC doesn't increase missile lock speed, it only increases the speed at getting detailed target info(loadout and damage).

true but I would add the velocity boost for PPCs is not minimal.

What about the cool shots? Like cool shot 10 and cool shot 6 do they stack also?

Yes. You use the small one then the big one.
