As the title says. Add two more tiers to the game. Tier 0 and Tier 6.

Keep the game where you start at tier 5 but let people fall into tier 6 to let them get experience and build back up if they do that badly. It would remove worse players or struggling player from tier 3 matches improving tiers. Then add tier 0 to smooth out play more for higher tier and build up more expert play.

If needed let Tier 6 and 0 have a range of 4 ranks. But only if there is a need for players!
