Skill tree quirk!

These quirk sets could be appllied to mechs to help balance them if needed.

The skill tree quirks would make certain skills cheaper for a specific mech chassis. IE if you have a mech with 25% off ballistics skills they only cost .75 per skill instead of 1. And if the are 50% off for that category they are .5 skills per skill item in that tree. You would still have the same max points available to spend. (I beleive 91 currently)

It could give more skills to specific mechs without adding to total skill points spent. This would mean you can have each chassis with specializations like energy/Missile/Ballistics/Defense/Maneuverability. Etc.

Example:

Mech X quirked to 50% off Energy Quirks.

This is an energy boater mech. All skills in the Pulse and ER or regular lasers are cheaper.

they could also add more specific quirks like Pulse or ER specifically. Or Have certain skill in a tree or in general cheaper.

Example:

MechY: Quirks -25% points cost for Velocity in balistics tree. this specialized in balistics as a whole.

or

MechZ: Quirks -25% points cost all Velocity skills. This would cover both Missiles and Balistics. This allows for specialization in an aspect of similar weapons groups.

etc!

Although, honestly, I think it needs to be called an "upgrade tree" or "Modification tree". As it's all about upgrading the tech of the vehicle. It does, after all, now contain the old skills(which were upgrades/modifications) and the old mods.
