I'm a new player seeking an LGBT-friendly unit. I'm currently Ghost Bear, but I'm willing to transfer to any other clan faction if I find a good unit. Anyone have any ideas? :)

WTAU, Nothern Wolves or CWI are decent enough choices if you want to join the Wolves. 12th BG and the Tier 2 Bears are okay enough if you want to join the Bears.
