I must admit, that I have now had, some of the best pancakes ever ! ! !

Chopped pieces of bacon were added to the batter moments before they were cooked on a hot grill. Now I've never experienced pancakes with bacon in them before, and I must tell you, they were wonderful.

There isn't much in the realm of food that bacon doesn't make better.

Try making pancakes with bacon grease instead of cooking oil.
