And I swear to god, if anyone makes a "did you burst into flames" joke will regret it.

sure ive gone faster, but well you see, Cops dont like you passing them going 136,
its never ends well, what was worse is that Speeding Ticket was my First Ticket,

Yeah in MWO, the Locust is used as a Assault mech. Not for scouting. Locusts destroys, 4 assualts, and a medium kills it.

Heh, well thankfully there weren't any cops involved in my story.

Just this late 90's V6 Mustang that wouldn't get off my bumper on the highway.

Dropped it from 4th to 3rd and booted the gas. Guy disappeared real, REAL quick. Posted Image

If I have OP correct, LCT travels faster than a MLB fastball. How many of us can hit MLB fastballs? Very few.

Yet most matches if I give the enemy repeated tries I usually wind up getting wasted in my LCT. Either there are way too many mechwarriors on steriods, or LCT isn't OP at all, just the other mechs maneuverability.

165Kph is like 102Mph, which can be achieved on some highways by most cars(i have a 95 Camaro),
but like a LCT if that Car Blows a Tire at those Speeds, its disintegrates, much like a Legged LCTs

actually, if a locust is legged at full speed it should tumble, shatter and disintegrate, just for giggles... and it'd be a mercy to the locust pilot, since he's auto dead at this point, anyhow.

I took my 92 skyline to 170mph before, feels like you could get out and walk when you get back down to 60mph. Posted Image

Even been up to 200mph in a boosted 350z. Dashed lines on the highway start to look like a solid line at that speed.

Needed a v8 or v6 supercharged in that fiero. Nice little platform for track car, pontiac mr2 if you will.Posted Image Posted Image

All lights are OP from the baseball rule, they should all be nerfed 40% speed.

You have a sick sense of humor.

Working as expected.

[Also note that locusts aren't as small as baseballs]

I am, and I have confidence saying that a minority of mechwarriors would be reliably hitting it. This isn't the case in game currently which is why I claim other mechs track too quickly.

Posts like this never cease to amuse me.

Sorry that a mech with 4-5 tons of weaponry can do better than your piss poor play in a mech with 30-60 tons of weaponry.

Git gud

I'm pretty sure the last one of these threads was started by Razenwing with a similarly tongue-in-cheek comment about lights being OP.

My Beretta hit 120, then that stupid engine limiter kicks in till you go back down to 80 before it let's you engage again. Unless you get a new chip to bypass that.

'92 GTR I hope? I've always loved the R32 and R34 Skylines the best. The R33 just looks plain ugly to me and I don't know why.

350Z and 370Z are okay. The later years of the 300ZX will forever be my favorites of that line though.

I had plans on eventually trying to stick a supercharged 3.8 V6 into my Fiero, but that was before my Chron's disease started getting so bad as to stop me from working for the last 2 years.

What year is the Beretta? Being from the 80's I don't think the Fieros were subjected to a limiter.

It's a bit OP yes but mot mainly for its top speed. Tthe problem is that it can start and stop in an instant. It looks ridiculous frankly.

It's a light but it should still have inertia. Either tone down its top speed to 150 or let it keep it and nerf the acc/deacc a little.

If PGI's design philosophy states that a 20ton is just as good as a 100ton when used by the right pilots, it's not really OP. If anything it's one of the few VIABLE Lights.
