If the urban mech IIC ever comes out can you make an event for both the IS and the IIC mechs? Any player that pilots a urban mech will receive a cbill boost bonus during the event.

Yes to this.

C-bills bonus will most probably not be there, but I could imagin something like Urbamech leaderboards or personal challanges.
