Pros? Cons? Would appreciate some more info on this. Looks good, but want to make sure it's worth purchasing.

Two questions:
How much are you paying for it and what are you putting in it?
Personally I'd avoid it but I'm a m-ITX kinda guy.

Top-end MSI stuff is generally good, however if there is a comparable ASUS board for the price, I'd always go ASUS. Just don't decide on a Gigabyte board over this, I hold MSI in a higher regard than Gigabyte by A LOT.

Probably at tops I'm spending $200 on it. What I'm putting in it is the 1000 GTX series models, I've yet to decide which one honestly. (secretly I'm waiting for the announcement of better modeled GPUs )

Yeah that's why I'm asking. I know motherboards a bit but this one caught my eye. Got any recommendations for a ASUS board of similar caliber?

Well, $220 will get you an ASUS Maximus Gene, which is the top-end.
Also, don't wait around for any other Nvidia announcements, 10-series is all out now.

I had a Gigabyte board for close to eleven years, and never had a problem.
