hey guys

i'm fairly new to MWO...
ive just finished unlocking the module slot on my 3 Timber Wolf variants.
which would be the most important modules to get for the TBR chassis?

Radar derp and seismic sensor.
Those 2 are generally the most useful modules to use on any mechs, others would be to complement your weapons ;)

how important / useful is improved gyros?
i tend to get into a brawl fairly regularly

None what so ever, or I should say about 0.0000001% useful when compared to many of the other modules. The two previously listed then range for weapons ERML cMLP, etc.

The reason it's not useful is that the "screen shake" doesn't actually affect your aim. You'll get a lot more bang for your buck being able to drop off the radar, or see when enemies are moving on the other side of cover. Even situational modules like Advanced zoom, target decay, or target info gathering are much more useful and are used more frequently during a match as well.
