I support this, even though the UI has been greatly improved last years or so imo, id like the UI to become slimmer and less intrusive. Targeting boxes are very fat, and mech icons on both friendly and enemies do not become transparent (and are also very thick). When in a deathball, all you see is a cluster of red and blue icons inwhich you shoot randomly towards what maybe enemies (sometimes its hard to tell if a target is between you and a friendly, or theres a friendly between you and the target, sometimes you just have to roll the dice), This is especially true when it comes to FW matches where balling up is more common. (Maybe even go so far as to make the icon fade out the further away from you they are so you can get a sense of distance in that garble of targets)
Also, make it possible for map to become transparent if you aim your arms into that particular piece screen-realestate please.
