The omelette looks OK, but that biscuit gravy is either prepackaged powder mix or from a can.
That's just deplorable when from a restaurant. Gravy is easy as hell to make. If the cook can't figure out how to cook a roux, they shouldn't be cooking. A roux is just equal weight hot oil and flour, then you toss in some milk, salt, pepper and maybe some sausage or bacon, to taste. Restaurants that can't figure that out aren't there to make good food, they're just there to make people fatter in a social environment.
