I like the new Public Test Skill tree way better than the former one. I still feel uneasy about this one, but it doesn't make me want to quit the game ASAP.

However I have a few suggestions:

1) Give away useless Skills for "free"
Not in the sense of "Hillclimb sucks, give it away for free", but more in the sense of "this mech doesn't have ballistics, but I have to buy (for example) LBX tweaks to get something that lingers behind it". Same for Arm-Yaw in Mechs that don't have hardpoints in their arms.

2) Make a newbie/casuall-friendly automatic path for it.
Make a checkbox or something that automatically spends points on some useful configurations. Else the new tree will become quite a grind to new players, especially with respec costs. Well, either that, or they'll just google for the current meta-build.

3) Make it 100.
Why 91 Slots ?! Also: Mechs had diffrent number of module slots to make up for underperforming otherwise. This is not represented by the current "everyone get's 91"
