This Patch Broke The Game For Me, Help! (No Skilltree Topic)

Hi to everyone, so there is this game called Mechwarrior online insnt it ? that i have played for many years now, well i been struggling all my MWO experience with low frames and crashes just because my pc was low performed.
2 months ago i buyed my first full high ended pc just to play THIS game perfectly.

I5 4460 3,20 GHz
16 gig RAM
nvidia gforce GTX 1050 TI 4 giga (gygabite)
Win7 64bit
MWO installed on a secondary HHD

so i have all of this even i managed to play 50-60 frames for 2 months straight and it was like a wet dream for me. then this patch striked in...
im not gonna complain about the skill tree just because im F unable to test it since allways i start up a game i get 20 frames that drops to 9 o 5 or whatever everytime i move my mouse and stutters like hell. here is a brief of the things i did in order to solve this issues without result:

-turn all options to low
-enable triple buffer in my nvidia console
-overclock my CPU
-high up my pc energy reactives
-reinstall the game (steam)
-reinstall game(standalone)
-run the game on 32 bit
-use dx 9
-turn off every aplication on my pc even unnecesary windows proceses
-turn off aeros and windows themes


i lost all hope on this if someone have some new idea i can try will be appreciated untill then ill be in MWLL enjoyng the **** out of that awesome game.

PD: PGI this is not new i been losing performace on every single patch you give.

I have lag-spikes sometimes since the patch. I thought maybe more player are playing to test the skilltree.

that could be a thing but i still have this problem while i'm on proving grounds. i think is somethin about how it draws distance objects but not sure...
