as the title says i cant find where best to put this

bug is this, put my SP into my huginn; full on allocation, didnt like what i did, so i respec'd. put 60 points in, saved. After this point the game would not let me apply anymore SP period.

I do have sp (infact enough for like 10 respecs easily), but it wont let me use it. just dont know whats going on
