I placed on my mech two adv artillery strikes.

After clicking save, an error message appears.

Got the same error code by opening the first of the new supply caches today after the Fafnir patch. The cache is empty, but the stuff inside hasn't been transfered to my inventory I believe.

same here, impossible to put 2 coolshot on my warhawk, it's strange because i can put a MC coolshot in the second slot but not a cbill one.

Hmm, the same problem, unable to put cbill UAV, all good with the MC one.
I have ~251kk CBills, so it should not be a problem.I did it yesterday (for different mech), however unable to do it today.

I have found a workaround:
Find any other mech with such consumable, dismount it, save, then you will be able to use this consumable kind for any other mechs (probably something wrong with consumable counter and it fix itself after unequip).
So main idea: dismount such consumable and problem will gone.

Confirmed, also getting error code 50 when adding coolshot. Workaround (removing a coolshot from another mech and then going back to original mech and equipping) works.
