I know in the original clan release the Prime Variants all had a 30% c-bill boost. Do any of the new Prime variant clan mechs have that same bonus or no?

Only if it has a {I} or other letter in brackets after it.

Newer ones would have a [S] for Special, as in the collector editions.

Overall the special letters and terms are:

[C] = Champion. Gives an Experience boost, is a normal variant with a different and non-canon "upgraded" stock loadout.

Special cases: These are identified as Champions in MWO's mech sorter, but are giving 30% cbill bonuses.
  • Jenner JR7-D[S]. Sarah's Mech. Unique. The sort mechanic dubs this mech as a Champion despite its 30% cbill bonus. A mech acquired through a donation to a specific cancer fund; this mech is not available anymore, made in dedication to a child by the same name. It can be identified by numerous 'drawings' painted on it, including a unicorn (pony?), rainbow, etc. Sarah's mech came as pure stock.
  • [S] Steam. Dubbed by Steam as "Downloadable content" due to a limitation in Steam, these are technically Champion mechs with a specific paint pattern set as its default skin, with that pattern's specific colors as its stock colors, with champion loadouts, and yet give 30% cbill bonuses instead. Though every mech included in these are of mechs that have their own 30% cbill bonus giving 'prime' or main variant, these are of non-prime/main variants and as such it does have good merit to own these on top of your prime/main 30% cbill variants.
The following give a 30% cbill bonus:
  • [F] Founders. (Inner Sphere). The original 4 mechs in MWO. This is also dubbed as Operation Inception. (These mechs sport unique geometry such as angry eye-patch Atlas, different visualized sensor equipment on the Hunchback, a rounded head on the Jenner and the classic BT nose cone on the Catapult.) These are NOT available.
  • [P] Operation Phoenix, (Inner Sphere) the start of returning previously Unseen mechs to Reseen status (an art legal issue regarding bad art licensing practices of another company back in the late 80s early 90s). The special variants are NOT available.
  • [I] Clan Invasion. (Clans). Available.
  • [R] Resistance. (Inner Sphere; primarily Kurita and Federated Commonwealth [Steiner + Davion].) A series of classic mechs, some of whom are directly correlated to one another (Resistance 2's Wolfhound is Steiner's answer to counter the canonically viable, venerable and deadly Kurita Panther which would canonically make a mockery out of Steiner's heavy mechs by laying waste to them).
  • [O] Origins. Clan. Battlemechs often given to older Clansmen so that they can 'die' in battle while consuming a minimal amount of resources to do so, due to their inability to actually die while they were still young.
  • [S] "Special." Unlike Sarah and Steam variants, this version of S is of Prime/Main variants only, and is only included with the 'Collector' tier of any single chassis preorder. They are pure stock when bought.
