[El Bandito]

Now I can go back to my summer house. Got the 6400 points I needed for a good black color and that's all I wanted. Pity it is a Liao color, but who really cares, time to re-paint all my mechs!




Most of the matches were done with my unit but played a few with my old Marik buddies. One match was particularly profitable.

Just gotta fight through the rage. Pugs are like ocean waves. Sure you get bottom of the bin scrubs in a match, but on the next match you will strike lucky and get pugs that are obedient and competent.

Nice - Im 1 good or two average games away... though maybe it was time of day, stars aligning etc but I had fun (domination with drop decks is much better). I may not bother with getting 12800pts but who knows...I'll see how my free time and fun goes... All my games were as a solo puggle

Worst event rewards ever.

probably the worst FP experience ive had since returning to the game.not sure if its the ST or the new tech but TTK is so long and with the raging airstrike warriors everywhere, most of my games in FP run down the clock averaging 300-800 points each game. cant wait to get what i want and get out of the FP hell hole.

300-800 points per match is actually pretty good compared to the pug average. Air Strikes are indeed everywhere.

I agree. Good thing it offered me the only thing I really wanted but was not willing to shell out MC for it--a good black color. Let's hope PGI got some data on the cross faction balance from this event.

Mate, I have been doing it for such a long time, my elbows grew extra joints for it.

the match score formulation is all kinds of borked as well, i think i got my 800 from an incursion win with about 5 kills and 1.8k damage. I just won a siege with like 7 kills and over 2k damage and got 350ish points only.

for some reason I cant select the Steiner decal so I stopped playing

I am not in love with the Steiner stuff but it just seems logical since I am stuck in this contract
I might as well have a Steiner decal

Surf over the starchy waters of the potato hordes, put in your damage, leave with 500+ match score on losses and 1000+ match score when you win with only the loss of one mech mid game.

Its easier to farm than the T1 solo queue most of the time, just got to watch for coordinated groups, if you get those then hope your team isn't a herd of cats.

On that I would disagree. Faction colors and patterns are some of the BEST event rewards ever

I finished my 6400 last night and went Kurita Black myself. Love the Red-ish Black color of dried blood hehe.

Took me 22 matches to accomplish though and if I wasn't at home pretty much unable to do anything bit sit in my chair for the last 4 days, there is no way in hell I would have managed it. This challenge is beyond a grindfest by orders of magnitude.

Yeah the one I got over 800 in didn't make much sense to me. I think I only got like 2 maybe 3 kills and barely broke 1k damage because we won by holding the capture point in Domination. I think part of it is I didn't die, not even once because the match score appears to be heavily weighted on that.

im about 2 games from the color, but i think im going to go with smoke jag black 2. i wanted gunmetal but smoke jag black 2 is close enough. liao black would be a good one as well but i have 3 other blacks, not as dark but good enough. faded black is more metal than emo black. johnny cash ist krieg!

Could've got black color during the previous event. I believe it was called Phthalo. Phthalo is actually a very dark cyan color but for some reason it's black in MWO.
