I can understand the reasoning for locking the Comp roster to prevent abuse and taken advantage, but really frustrating and sucks to no longer able switch out players who cannot play due to life or simply AWOL for 3-4 people who can play.

For that reason, the whole team is frakked over over the fewm, not able to field enough for Comp team play.

Should at the least have a change limit, or set draft/roster change dates along the way to December.

So yes, needed to rant, as I am feeling frustrated and left out because of some others and life of others. :/

Honestly MM, I feel like they needed to lock rosters...but they should have allowed for a larger pool of alternates in each one to account for this very issue. Happened last season too (we had a guy sign up, eat a slot, and he attended ZERO of our matches....just quit play MWO almost immediately afterwards). Really need larger pools of players. I understandly completely them wanting the talent to break up into more teams to help fill the queue (not that they did that well either, but that's another issue that's been discussed to death on how to improve for next time), but folks knew RL was going to come up and hamstring teams periodically.

On the PLUS side....NBT doesn't have these roster limitations

I have zero interest in this, but a hard limit that is low is not going to help this at all.

either a bigger pool of the ability to sellect/desellect at the end of each month is needed

Please let me know. I've been getting better and better with my Gauss/Laser builds.
