Attempted to do a new install on a win 10 PC

i got this information

Failed to launch C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\Bin64\MWOClient.exe - The system cannot find the file specified
--Inside that:

What can I do?

Did you check in this location if you can find the client?

If you can find, launch it as administrator and create a shortcut manually.
If you can't find it try to launch it as 32 bit just for test.

if it says it cant find the specified file, firstly, you should go and have a look if the file is there ... if its not there, than your going to need to use the installer / portal / repair tool, take your pick ...
