So pick the best mech to describe you. Pick a variant, and then make up a story, or a hero and say why.

Misery, (self explanatory) :P

Whats yours>?

Hunchback 4G. Old school Inner Sphere, reliable AC20 spam to the face. No fancy Clan mech here only problem is ammo.

Phoenix Hawk 2 - Fast, Agile and Stealthy with just enough firepower to be highly dangerous. Though I am not agile or graceful in real life, I have always preferred speed and elegance to brute force.

My favorite mech for the last.....who knows how many years at this point, has always been the Ebon Jaguar and remains so in MWO. Love that mech and all of the various builds you can run on it. Lethal, low slung, it visually evokes its namesake imo.

Bushwacker maybe. I mean you got a hard point for anything and everything on those bad boys. Or you could got the other way and go some Las-vomit mech that mounts 6 or more of the same type of lasers so that everything remains nice controllable and consistent.

I'd say the Adder-Prime with 5MPL. Reliable, has decent range, decent speed and mobility, low profile, durable, and doesn't draw much attention to itself. It's a pretty good balance of things I typically like in a mech.

I typically hang out with bigger mechs so as not to be the primary target and try to move with them and shoot what they're shooting at. Works well in that regard.

Black Knight. Because my gamertag is based on MW4 Mercs protaganist's callsign. Have been using this name for everything ever since.

Executioner. Good but not overly competitive. Utterly underestimated and surprisingly agile for a big guy. :)

NOVA, because it reigns death from above while staying melting hot! Difficult to manage heat, but very rewarding to play (big risk with high rewards). It is one of the few mechs you never want to face at too long since it can unload insane amount of damage in a short amount of time. Facing a NOVA is literally staring at death it self. Plus it is sexy as hell because the canopy reminds me of a F-4 phantom fighter jet or an Apache attack helicopter!

400XL BattleMaster energy boat. Runs hot, flashy, gets itself into trouble fast, but can generally outrun whatever it can't outfight.

Hellbringer: A great mech but goes under the radar when it comes to the meta. With its ECM it attacks, but does so while taking precaution something I favor.

As much as my online personality in debates may not show it, I try to be very humble in life while still doing good things. I like the accomplishment of greatness without the praise that comes with it, I do to have done. I also like to plan ahead things, think of what could go wrong and research something before I dive into it, taking precautions before I "attack" this has helped me avoid many bad times.

I also love the Hellbringers, tearing apart lance after lance of enemy just feels nice, I've dedicated my Hellbringer to Khorne, surprisingly enough the deep reds helped camouflage me on Terra Therma to bring the team to victory against the odds on a tight game rather than reveal me to my enemy.

My personal Summoner Prime with 2ERPPC and a TC7 .
Jumps all over the place, hits anywhere, ain´t afraid to get those ERPPCs dirty in close combat .

Alternative Mech : Hellbringer . Don´t make me angry .

Fast, still agile and packs a mean punch at virtually any range. May not be the flavor of the month meta build, but always a reliable pick regardless of map choice (yes including hot maps).

Also, it's almost literally the same build i run on my other clan mechs (Cougar, Huntsman, 2 Stormcrows, Ebon Jaguar, Hellbringer, Linebacker, Summoner, Night Gyr, Warhawk, Executioner, Dire Wolf). What this Timby says about my psyche is "i'm gonna pounce the moment i get to" which also fits into my playstyle.

Sidenote: MWO's OG purple cat, inspiration from another game... can't claim the title there so i will here.

Hellbringer. It's ECM and high-mounts suit my mentality of doing maximum damage while taking minimum in return. All good LRM boating mechs will also apply. Posted Image

And this is coming from the grand master of proximity mining, in Golden Eye 64.

The Timberwolf: The reliable workhorse, adaptable to any environment and situation. Good mounts, good hardpoints and variety, can run just about any build competently. Straight business, with an eye to get things done by the numbers. Fairly quick for a heavy, able to be where it needs to be when it needs to be there between the speed and the jump jets. The O.G. MascotMech, and for good reason
