The event window works for me, I have a big monitor and don't have to use the half window like others do.

However if this was on the website I could using the three events as an example

Have a page open for all three, alt tab and refresh each page, to update. go back into game.

now i have to click, click, back space, click, back space, click, close event page.

So I have two extra clicks to read something very small and poorly set out, rather than something big and easy to read.

As usual its just poor quality work.

they should junk it and put the event back on website if this is such a problem I have it too it doesn't come up whatever I do too many players on and the server must not be able to post it to everyone so just put it back on website

Also I'm not logging into a the game just to find out how much time I've got left, on an event, web page vastly superior for a casual player

Yeah, even IF it would actually work in game, which it still doesn't for me, I do not log into the game on my phone, now do I? Or during a lunch break at work?

Not to mention the grandiose step of abandoning something that worked completely, for something that doesn't for quite a lot of people.

If it worked... it would be a step up, I honestly hated using the in-game browser and waiting an hour just to see where I stood.

However, it doesnt work, so that point is mute.

I do wonder what percent of us experienced this... it could not have been that high, or they would have at least assigned a couple of folks to try to deal with it. As it is, the Event seems to have just made a bunch of people happy, and a select few (such as myself) kind of cross.

..at least we aren't alone, misery love company and all...thought I had it beat by changing from full window to full screen, but it stopped working shortly after.

Tried all the 'workarounds' that others have suggested. Even tried running it through Steam. As of today, the ONLY thing I haven't done, is completely uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

Also just tweeted Russ directly, asking for the event webpage to be brought back.

My "special events / browser" is not working properly. I even heard some one saying there is another fraction event going on at the moment. ..? is it??.. well not with me then..
It feels like i am plunged into a deep darkness of non information. And i realized that i am not doing what i suppose to do ingame.. I AM PLAYING BLIND!

Ditto with me. It's finally actually showing something for me, it lists the past events (sometimes) now that they are over, but nothing for current event. Getting real tired of broken crap.

Don't expect much from PGI Support I guess, I've been checking my mail every day for a response from Bobby Jubraj and responded several times but gotten nothing but crickets chirping in return after he asked me twice for information (which I sent x2).

...BUT HEY the piranha is on pre-order!!!

Add my name onto the list of those who have issue with the event browser. I can get the list of events, but it takes several minutes to show up and I must wait after every match. I read through this thread and followed the instructions that have been given to others, including disabling my anti-virus and it has not fixed the issue. I'm not re-installing the game.
