There's always somebody new seeing it for the first time. It's too much for any one person to keep up with, so I stepped up in this thread as a public service. I don't participate in the forums very often any more, but this thread just gave me that WTF? feeling and it was easy enough to ask the questions. Got some insane lag moment last week when i was shooting and shooting on a static mech to realize when the lag ended and all things teleported that i was shooting at nothing... second later i exploded because everybody was shooting on my static mech... lol

It's often not a matter of "lying" or not, but just thinking something happened when video shows that you were actually mistaken.

For example, someone's claim that they put 2 alphas into the CT of a Light:

Yah, just had a guy crying yesterday that our Ubrie was hacking because "I put over 300 damage into his CT alone and he didn't die, and I don't count my wide shots that hit his STs" when he only had about 200 damage and I know I saw him shoot someone other than our Urbie as well.

Happens to me sometimes.
The reason is mostly one of my tablets/mobiles is running a backup and blocking my upstream. It's noticable ingame by jumpy ping and totally bogus hitreg. Other than that the game feels normal, mechs running around, shooting and stuff. Tho, my router clearly shows that my upload traffic is at its limit.

TL;DR: It's not MWO, it's your connection.
