[SVK Puskin]

Hi, i am big fan of MechWarrior singleplayer series. My first experience was MechWarrior 3 but Vengeance and Mercenaries are my favourite games. Maybe you will have interest to check my gameplay.

I can not wait to play MechWarrior 5 Mercenaries, i am really curious how they handle it.

I have been playing these recently actually since they, Mercenaries at least, are now freely downloadable and can be played on Windows 10. All very nice.

Yeah i downloaded it from web too but some files may be infected.

The files may or may not be infected. Even while Mektek tweaked the game, the exe would generate a false positive with antivirus programs. I had to exclude those folders from antivirus scanning due to that issue.

I finally got a fully working copy with mektek on my desktop, but it refuses to play on my laptop without crashes and freezes within 30 seconds of launch.

I played the HELL out of vengeance and one of my first real forays into competitive multiplayer was in black knight.

I played a lot of mercs online too before mektek.


I've been doing challenge runs - only running medium lances, only running IS tech on IS mechs, etc.

I am sorry to hear that, my game runs perfect. I did not play Black Knight because i could not play against characters from Vangeance.

edit: To clarify, MekTek has not had distribution rights since late 2012 or early 2013, and there is no known legal redistribution of their project.
