Converge To Locked Target Distance

I'd like to have the option to have a switch/toggle to converge my weapons on the distance of my locked target.

Problem: Everything is fine when pointing on a mech with your crosshair...however, the faster the target is moving lateral and the slower your weapon velocity is, the more often you have to point your crosshair to the horizon or some distant landscape to lead your target, resulting in a weapon convergence of like 2000 meters or infinite/no convergence at all.

This is an issue particularly on mechs that have hardpoints very far away from each other geometry-wise (generally considered "bad" to have today because of convergence).

A toggle key bind to switch between modes (as both modes would have advantages over the other) would be great to have.
