What warhammer variant and build would you say is most evocative of warhammer 40k? Just wondering.

Can't called this a build contest, but show and tell seems appropriate.

Take a Roughneck. Load it with as many RACs as possible. Paint it like an Ork, start talking in that funny accent and yell "Dakka dakka dakka dakka dakka" while spinning the mouse wildly in any enemy's direction, knowing you'd miss most of your shots.

strip all the armour off a locust (except ct and a little less st's, flak jacket n all ) equip with a single tag lazer , Hey presto! you now have the mwo equiv of a guardsman xD

I'm not sure a specific build is needed. Just paint it bright red, play super aggressive, and shout "WAAAGH" into VOIP.

I believe the Solaris addition will give us custom geometry like spikes. That should help.

Not a GW/40K fan myself but I can support those who are a fan of both the BTU and other games.
