I've been away from the game for a while, but it looks like I'll be returning.
I've noticed a few Mech on -40% sale and I thought I'd snatch one or two new ones. Are these sales often, should I wait for something else to come along or are they far appart?

I know a lot depands on playstyles... I like to harras people with balistics and lasers. I do bad with missiles. Usualy i'll try and stay mid range (AC5 and AC10 being my favorite weapons).

For Assults i only have Victor. Love him. I thought I'd add 1 more... is Mauler good. Executioner isn't from what I read so far what i'd want.

For Heavies i got my Firebrand which i use the most to play with. How good are Crab and Shadow cat as addition.

I got 4 meds, so I don't plan on buying any right now (Unless Crab and Shadow cat are a must)

For lights i got 1 Jenner. Was thinking of buying one more light. Something with a nice sting that can harras and dissapear fast. Arctic Cheetah and Wolfhound are on sale... how good are these two?

I've tried researching myself, but search on the forum doesn't work for me...
If there's a good guild on mechs maybe just point me there

The Mauler MX90 is fun with a load of AC5s or UAC5s. You can even fit in 4 LBX10s if you are prepared to be really slow (nasty surprise that one). Very fun mech and still decent in my opinion.

Wolfhound 2 is good, lots of medium pulse or medium lasers with great mobility.

Arctic Cheetah is solid and a popular clan light.

I haven't played the others much to comment, but I hope that helps at least.

Thanks... i did get Mauler, Arctic cheetah and an Ebon Jaguar. They all need a bit tweeking, but so far seem like solid choices.

If i grind enough cash, i might even grab the Crab with JJ's.

Something told me I needed an Ice Ferret, so now I have a fridge next to my trashcan in my mech bay...

It's starting to get cluttered in here...

On topic: I'd agree to save up for a JJ crab, very worth.
