Digging around, I found Goodsmile's site which shows a number of the "Fang of the Sun: Dougram mecha, many of which are the basis for Mechwarrior and Battletech game mecha. Like the Shadow Hawk (which is the Dougram) or the Bigfoot, which is what we know as the battlemaster. Kits aren't cheap and they all seem to be 1/72 scale. That being said, they might be rare enough that we cannot find any for sale, or they are expensive
