Skills, go for heat, mobility, range and cooldown. I run coolshot and uav, but it might be stronger with 2 coolshots.

I've been tuning the build for a while - if you run out of missiles, odds are you are going to get a 600+ dmg score. Nobody expects the damage this pumps out. I find it works best engaging larger mechs, preferably while they are distracted by a light, or if you're really lucky, they shut down and you can backstab.
The goal was to take a low tier mech and make it workable, MRMs are really good!
