As is, for TK you get punished, regardless if it has been intentional or one in a million unlucky shot.
Hell, it does not take much, someone lending a hand to intense brawl, rocket salvo on the way, which gets outpaced by PPC sniper killing of target - aaand rocket/missile salvo can fly through and potentially kill friendly mech.

It could be nice touch to have a doomsday context circle when you end up being TK'ed-

- ignore
- punish
- stack offenses(possibly like driving license points, you score too much, you get slapped)
- whatever
