well when you "gitgud" you really dont need to talk that much, situational awareness/map awareness and PTFA become the key skills. that and knowing where to shoot and when.

Old EVIL felt less like a unit and more of a “superteam” of some of the best face-melters in CW. New EVIL is still finding its identity IMO, but it seems to be more of a unit than super-soloists.
