do you get X2 xp Mech bonus if you drop in FP and win?

Yes. For the mechs that were on the field before the match end. If you won with just 2 mechs used, only those 2 would have exp added. That is how it worked for several years now. And bonus X2 applies to it. You can check it on the right tab of the "game result" screen personal page.

Yup. So if you drop something like an ER Laser boat, and live the entire match with it, and get like 1700-1800 damage and get a win, you end up with like 12,000 EXP on it.

Depends. If you're doing Boreal Defense, or playing on a large map like Tourmaline on Team 1 side and can post up on the sniper hill, or on Polar Highlands, and your entire team goes like 48-12, then I'd say it's a good thing to do

You can see the 1st victory of the day bonus of 2372, so you received an additional 593 xp per mech, in addition to the base 593 xp per mech. So yes, it's doubled xp for every mech for that win.
