This weather on frozen city drops my FPS from usual 70 to about 15-20. Its somhow very video-card unfriendly.

Need something for reference.

System setup, CPU/GPU/Memory. Game settings (including AA off/on and which one) and if CPU/GPU OC and to what.

What was the issue, even if it was not MWO related since someone may run into a similar situation. Whatever you provide is something a troubleshooting tool.
