I am currently mastering the Wolfhound, for Mobility skill tree, I plan to upgrade the right side only, getting Anchor Turn and Speed Tweak. Something like this: https://kitlaan.gitl...b66b6#s=Agility
Is it a correct path? Usually what nodes you guys take on light mechs?

Depends on what you want to do with it. What matters is will it work for how you intend to use the machine?
Note you had it set for the values of IS Heavy.
Set it for the values of IS Light to get the true values for what you would get.
My own nodes depend on the intended use of the mech. Sometimes they get some mobility nodes, sometimes they get full mobility, and some have received no mobility nodes whatsoever.

34 into fire power for the cool down on lasers with a few heat gen, 40 mobility, and 17 survival for the armor nodes. The build: WLF-2 Hunter-Killer

Absolutely agree. For a light mech speed is crucial to both its surviveability and its function. In addition, most bonuses are percentage based, so a higher base value means higher actual bonus. Each percent of speed bonus to a 120 mph mech is worth twice as much as that node is worth to a 60 kph mech. Makes absolutely sense to go for speed nodes, and the bonuses along the way are also very good for light mechs.

Take all applicable Firepower skills, take all Armor skills, take the overpowered Coolshot skills(until they're nerfed), and take enough Sensor skills to get the wall hack, "Seismic Sensor", at least one node. Here's roughly what I do, as a baseline: https://kitlaan.gitl...ba56c#s=Weapons

DO NOT waste your points in the mobility tree! The Wolfhound is mobile enough. Your points should go into armor, heat gen, mech cooling. Armor -- because you need all the armor you can get, Heat gen in weapons because, in a wolfhound, you will be quite heat limited which will DRASTICALLY affect your performance. Cooling for the same reason as heat gen. You may want 1 or 2 radar deprivation if you are not yet good at evading incoming missiles but weapons and structure and operations are your best friends with the wolfhound.
Those who tell you to get speed tweak ARE WRONG... plain and simple -- absolutely wrong -- as wrong as you can possibly get.
