About the actual event (on the time of the writing of this post - Alpha Strike): I saw on forums that some players can win the main prize in very short time, while some less performing players have to do in longer period, sometimes near deadline or not winning the prize entirely due to time is over.

So I have a idea - everyone have their performance data in database, so why don't create a performance levels, where everyone could have a equal chance to win the event prize?

That sounds like a very good idea. I am a tier 4 player (as of right now) and I dont usually have enough free time to complete some events, so I think that it would be a good idea to also have some information about how many times a week they play the game and hold it in the database as well.

14 day events would help.
