Don't attribute to malice what can be attributed to ignorance. It's entirely possible that they don't realize their build is garbage, because it's likely they'd get similar performance out of something meta, anyway.

That said, you'd have been better trying to talk to them and ask them why they thought this would be a good build than posting on the forums about it. The game improves when you help less experienced players improve, but sh*tposting about their builds sure doesn't fix anything.

yes it is 3 against 8 I think, he/she was busy capping using his stealth cataphract, and if you notice KAPPA...he/she tried to cap it but when it was neutral he/she stopped and went to the other cap
