Issue Overview:
After patching to 1.4.150 there is no (or very, very silent) sound for the IS-UACs anymore.

Bug Location: everywhere
Steps to Reproduce: Start client, play with mech equipped with IS-UAC
Reproduction Rate: 100%


Cleanup-tool ran: No issues detected
Restart of client: Issue persistent
Change of devices: Issue persistent

same problem but its either the UAC2 or UAC5 not sure

I just thought it was pgi screwing with me again
