It looks Dragon is ok, but I can guess why PGI threw this particular skin for tree. It seems it is quite lackluster for a lot of mechs. Any suggestions?

I grabbed it for the Zeus, since apart from Urbie it's the 'Mech I own the most of. I figure if I want to get funny about it some time, I can slap it on my Skokomish and yell "Ludicrous Speed, GO!" every time I use MASC.

Just put it on your favorite mech. So mines probably going on the IS Hunchbacks.

I dig it on certain chassis with just the first channel colored. It's pretty inconsistent though, with some mechs having big thick stripes. I'm thinking Marauder for me:

put it on my highlander. hard to go wrong there. still need those bagpipes. of course at that point il have a theme mech that will never get used.

My Marauder IIC had one from previous pick a price. I regret it, it's not pretty for long, it makes the colors of the mech so dull and dim. I should have taken mountain line instead.

So my Stalkers received it. I think I haven't applied any yet, I'll have to check how the colors work.

I have tartan and bagpipes on an Urbie. It was a direct buff, would recommend.

Full black tartan on mechs with large curved surfaces. You can't see the pattern anymore, the whole mech is black, but it's very different from simple no camo black. Much more smooth with less discernable part edges. IMO such dull black looks superior on MAD IIC.

Can you apply it to a mech you don't actually own? I'm planning to buy a Nova Cat when it's out for cbills.. so a free cammo would come in handy..

Im fairly sure you can, as long as you can select the mech on the list. Remember we get another one from the FP event soon, for those who want to play the mode.

I also am doing the Highlander IIC thematic with this... I'll even do it in traditional tartan colors.

Too bad it only takes about 0.5 sec to get cored in it.

Dead Grey color is awesome
