Graphic Glitch For Decals On Banshee & Wolfhound

Description: Decals on moving parts like arm or leg start "moving" when Banshee or Wolfhound starts walking
Location: Ingame
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Steps to Reproduce:
Put any decal on a right shoulder plate and / or right knee of Wolfhound

OR

Put any decal on the shouler plates of the banshee.
Go in game
Use F5 to get an external view on the used decal.
Start walking at any speed

Evidence:
Some pics as evidence for you. Pictures 1 and 2 show the original location of the decal, 3 and 4 show glitch during move.

I have tested how huge the glitch is on both mechs. So far the Banshee has this glitch on the upper arm plates, but not the knees

Wolfhound has it with the right knee, but not the left. It also has the glitch to a minor degree on the right shoulder plate.
I do not know if there are more mechs that have this decal problem so if wanted, just add in more mechs with evidence of this.

Also, decals in the updated mech select thumbnails are shifted slightly down for some reason:

Hey, guys. I just found the problem happening with my Griffin and UrbanMech too. I ran some testing on how the Decals shifted, and it would appear that the Right Side's Decals have all become synced to the movement of the Left Side of the Mech, particularly areas like the Left Knee. At least the Decals on the Left Side are not doing this too, but I hope PGI can fix all of what is happening in short order. :blink:
