I first thought this would only affect ppcs, but i tryed to go into solaris and tryed out other weapons.
Not a signle weapon works as intended for me.

You are right. I am getting these results with ppc weapon aswell. Game is skipping hits many times.

notice how the heat gets reset as well. the server doesnt accept that i shot.
cooldwon on the other hand seems to be handled in the client since it is still there. (wild guess)
