Everytime i try to add consumables, mainly my cool shot, i keep getting this error. Doesn't matter which mech it is. Is there a work around this aside from continuously buying more coolshot? Should i repair my client?

Do you have the consumable available or does it have to be purchased for Cbill or MC? Equipping when one is not available (AMT available) means it needs to be purchased. If so, the quoted part may be while that workaround is functional, there may be a disconnect between your account's wallet and your client/main server.
Also, is this in the Solaris Mechlab or the main Mechlab. It shouldnt be a different but attempting to narrow things down since Solaris will give a flag that cooldowns are disabled but will still allow one to equip it.
Strip all consumables on mech and save then try again, but may not resolve it if the top items are the issue.
